‘Giving Back’ is important to The Melissa Francis Team on both a professional and personal level. One of the Team’s core beliefs is that you must always try to give more than you take in any given situation so it is only natural that The Melissa Francis Team consciously and consistently gives back to their community, whether it be through a monetary donation, raising of funds or necessities, community participation, community or professional partnerships, volunteering, or social media support. As Melissa states “Giving back is not about how much you give but about how much love you give it with”. Taking an active role in fostering community connection and support is a vital part of The Melissa Francis Team and they will always strive to pay forward the support and kindness they have received from their community throughout the years.
